| 释义 | 政府證券 Any stock issued by the Government or any funds of or annuity granted by the Government: High Court Ordinance (Cap 4) s 2. Government stock is an asset and a charge may be imposed on it by a charging order. The Court of First Instance may provide for the charge to extend to any interest, dividend or other distribution payable and any bonus issue in respect of the asset: s 20A.
