释义	有凌駕表決權的股份 A share which entitles the holder more voting rights than a common share. It usually carries 10 times voting rights of any common shares. Super voting shares are not common in Hong Kong, and it would be difficult under the current Hong Kong listing rules to issues such shares. On the stock exchange in Hong Kong, only Swire has two types of shares with different voting structures: Swire B shares carry five times the weight of Swire A shares in terms of voting rights.
