| 释义 | 總督會同行政局 The Governor acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, comprising ex officio members (namely the Chief Secretary, the Attorney General and the Financial Secretary) and official or appointed members. The Governor presided at meetings of the Executive Council and must in all cases consult the Executive Council, except in respect of cases of appointment, discipline and removal of public officers, matters of such nature that consultation would sustain material prejudice to the Crown, or too unimportant to require their advice, or too urgent to admit of their advice: Royal Instructions 1917-1991, Clauses II, X. 指總督在諮詢行政局後行事，而該行政局由當然成員（即布政司、律政司及財政）及官方或委任成員組成。總督主持行政局的會議，此外，除公職人員的委任、紀律處分及免職，諮詢會使皇室蒙受不利的事項，或無須諮詢行政局的鎖碎事項，或太迫切而無法諮詢的事項外，在所有其他的情況下，必須諮詢行政局：《1917至1991年皇室訓令》，第II及X 條。 |
