释义 | 為獎品而戰 A public contest (usually boxing) between fighters for reward. There has never been a common law offence of ‘prize fighting’. Persons engaged in or attending a prize fight could, at most, be charged with unlawful assembly, riot, affray, or assault. In Hong Kong, boxing and wrestling contests require special permission in writing of the licensing authority indorsed on the relevant licence in respect of the structure or place licensed for public entertainment: Places of Public Entertainment Regulations (Cap 172A) reg 165.
