释义 | 娛樂 Amusement provided via an amusement device, ride or any other means such as an exhibition, sporting event or contest. Any event, activity, concert, opera, ballet, stage performance or other musical, dramatic or theatrical entertainment; a cinematograph or laser projection display; a circus; lecture or story-telling; an exhibition of any one or more of the following, namely, pictures, photographs, books, manuscripts or other documents or other things; a sporting exhibition or contest; a bazaar; and an amusement ride or any mechanical device which is designed for amusement: Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance (Cap 172) s 2, sch 1. Entertainment may be calculated to attract and entertain the members of the public. In Hong Kong, no person can keep or use any place of public entertainment without a licence granted by the Secretary for Home Affairs: s 4.
