| 释义 | 煽惑 Formerly, the tort of deliberately persuading a woman to leave her husband, or a child to leave its family. A husband was considered to have a right to the company of his wife, and the tort recognised the harm done to the husband if the wife was enticed to leave him: Menon v Menon & Warth [1936] 1 All ER 900, P 200. The enticement of children, depriving the parents of the child’s services in the home: Lough v Ward & Anor [1945] 2 All ER 338, 173 LT 181.
