释义	有當然權利的進入者 Formerly, a person who entered premises by virtue of having a right to do so, rather than with the consent of the owner. A person was called an entrant as of right in relation to private premises where he or she had a duty to enter premises but the occupier had no power to prevent them from entering; in relation to public premises, all that was required was an exercise of the right to enter public premises. The category has been subsumed into the general law of negligence.
