| 释义 | 離職金 A method of investment or saving that provides financial support for an employee or the employee’s dependants, the benefit of which may be realised on the employee’s cessation of employment, retirement, or death. ‘Pension’ is defined to include any superannuation allowance, superannuation gratuity or similar payment: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) ss 161(3), 163D(3)(b).
