| 释义 | 選任陪審團 To select and seat the jury for a case; to constitute a body of jurors for a case: Jury Ordinance (Cap 3) s 27; Coroners Ordinance (Cap 504) s 33(3), (4). When it is a practice to empanel a jury, it is the duty of the court to examine the facts of the first trial in case of any dispute, and in any case it is the duty of the court to rule as a matter of law on the legal consequences deriving from such facts: HKSAR v Leung Sun Keung [1999] 1 HKC 216 (CA).
