释义	謀殺－自殺 In common parlance, one or more acts of murder followed closely by the murderer’s suicide. Suicide itself is no longer an offence: Offences Against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212) s 33A. At common law, murder included suicide and so the survivor of a suicide pact would be guilty of murder. However, it shall be manslaughter, and shall not be murder, for a person acting in pursuance of a suicide pact: Homicide Ordinance (Cap 339) s 5(1). It is, however, an offence to aid and abet a suicide: Offences Against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212) s 33B(1).
