释义	一致同意的事實 The fact admitted by the parties either for the prosecution or for the defence. A fact that the parties to a proceeding have agreed is not, for the purposes of the proceeding, to be disputed: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 65C; The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 27 r 2(2). The agreed fact is conclusive evidence against that party and ceases to be a fact in issue. Evidence is not required to prove the existence of an agreed fact and evidence may not be adduced to contradict, or qualify unless the court gives leave: R v Cheung Chung Yau & Anor [1985] 2 HKC 35 (HC).
