| 释义 | 相互信貸 Transactions between persons giving rise to debts owed by one to the other. Mutual credits are able to be set off where one of the parties becomes bankrupt: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 35. To be mutual, each transaction must be entered into in the same capacity and not, for example, in the first case as a trustee and in the second in the person’s own right.
