| 释义 | 售賣 The transfer, or agreement to transfer, property to a buyer for a price. Where under a contract of sale the property in the goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer, the contract is called a ‘sale’; but where the transfer of the property in the goods is to take place at a future time or subject to some condition later to be fulfilled, the contract is called an ‘agreement to sell’: Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap 26) s 3(3). It includes a bargain and sale as well as a sale and delivery: s 2.
