| 释义 | 出庭通知書 In companies winding-up proceedings, a notice given by any person, usually a creditor, who intends to appear at the hearing of a winding-up petition: Companies (Winding-Up) Rules (Cap 32H) r 30, Appendix, Form 10. The notice must contain the address of the person giving it, and be signed by him or his solicitor: r 30.
