| 释义 | 隔離囚禁 A prison regime in which a prisoner is confined separately from other prisoners, either as a disciplinary or security measure, or to protect the personal safety of the prisoner or any other person. Any refractory or violent prisoner may be ordered to be temporarily confined in a special cell, but no prisoner shall be confined in such a cell as a punishment or after he has ceased to be refractory or violent: Prison Rules (Cap 234A) r 68.
