释义 | 隔離囚禁 A prison regime in which a prisoner is confined separately from other prisoners, either as a disciplinary or security measure, or to protect the personal safety of the prisoner or any other person. Any refractory or violent prisoner may be ordered to be temporarily confined in a special cell, but no prisoner shall be confined in such a cell as a punishment or after he has ceased to be refractory or violent: Prison Rules (Cap 234A) r 68. The Medical Officer may for the purpose of ensuring that a prisoner does not cause harm or hardship to himself or to some other person, order that prisoner to be confined in a protected room, but no prisoner shall be confined in such a room as a punishment or after he has ceased to be likely to cause such harm or hardship: r 68A(1). 作為一種紀律或安全措施,或為保護該名囚犯或其他人的個人安全,而把一名囚犯與其他囚犯分開監禁的一種監獄體制。監督可命令將任何難於控制或行為粗暴的囚犯暫時囚禁於特別囚室內,而該囚室乃經核證作此用途者,而其核證形式與第3條所適用的囚室相同;但不得為懲處囚犯,或在囚犯不再難於控制或不再行為粗暴後,將該囚犯囚禁在該囚室內:《監獄規則》(第234A章) 第68條。醫生為確保囚犯不會導致其本人或他人遭受傷害或困苦,可命令將囚犯囚禁於保護室內,而該保護室乃經核證者,而其核證形式與第3條所適用的房間相同;但不得為懲處囚犯,或在囚犯不再相當可能導致傷害或困苦後,將該囚犯囚禁在該房間內:第68A(1)條。 |
