| 释义 | 完成合約通知書 A notice requiring another party to a contract to perform his or her obligations under it. With respect to a sale of land, vendors may give notice that they are ready and willing to transfer the legal title to the land and require payment of the balance of the purchase money. Purchasers may give notice that they are ready and willing to pay the balance of the purchase money and require transfer of a sound legal title to the land: for example Ji Shan International Investment Ltd v Resources Main Enterprises Ltd & Anor [1999] 1 HKLRD 456, 1 HKC 12.
