| 释义 | 抬頭支票／記名支票 A cheque payable to a named person or to his or her order. Where the cheque is not payable to the bearer, the payee must be named or indicated with reasonable certainty: Bills of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 7(1). Where the payee is indicated with reasonable certainty, and the cheque does not contain words prohibiting transfer, or indicating an intention that it should not be transferable, the cheque will be payable to the payee or his order: s 8(2). See also Cheque; Order bill. 指付款予指明人士或指定人的支票。凡匯票並非付款予持票人，匯票上必須有受款人的姓名或名稱或以其他合理地明確的方式顯示受款人：《匯票條例》（第19章）第7(1)條。如已以合理明確的方式顯示受款人，而支票並無載有文字禁止將該匯票移轉，亦無載有文字顯示該匯票應不可移轉的意向，可用以付款予受款人或指定人：第8(2)條。另見 Cheque; Order bill。 |
