释义 | 阻礙 A threat, endeavour, force or offering of violence to prevent or hinder a thing being done. A person who obstructs any police officer in the due execution of his duty or any person acting in aid of such officer with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of himself or of any other person for any offence, commits an offence: Offences Against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212) s 36; R v Lo Hon Hin (1993) 3 HKPLR 622. A person who, in the vicinity of a prohibited place obstructs the police or armed forces is liable on conviction: Official Secrets Ordinance (Cap 521) s 7s.
