释义 | 救助船隻 A ship which performs a salvage operation to save property in danger at sea. The owner of the salving vessel is entitled to a salvage award for the use of his vessel: The Norden (1853) 1 Ecc & Ad 185. Although any ship may be a salving vessel, most salvage operations are performed by professional salvors under salvage agreements: Taylor v London & North Western Railway Co [1912] AC 242.
