| 释义 | 寄託人 A person who delivers possession of a chattel to another under a bailment. To be constituted a bailor, the person must have either physical possession of the goods or an immediate right to physical possession: Hong Kong Hua Guang Industrial Co v Midway International Ltd & Ors [2000] 2 HKC 348 (CA).
