释义	雙重不確定權 The common law rule that a limitation of property expressed upon terms of a possibility on a possibility is void: Re Ashforth, Sibley v Ashforth [1905] 1 Ch 535. The most important application of the rule was that if land was devised to one unborn person during his life, a remainder could not be limited so as to confer an estate by purchase on that person’s issue: Whitby v Mitchell (1890) 44 Ch D 85.
