| 释义 | 無條件的饋贈 A complete and unconditional gift, whereby the donor has done all acts to complete and perfect title to the property in the donee, which cannot be prima facie revoked by the donor subject to certain defences of fraud or undue influence, and to a lesser extent, mistake or misrepresentation.
