释义	私人執業 A mode of carrying on legal practice involving the provision of legal services to the public for reward. Solicitors engaged in private practice may do so as sole practitioners, in partnership with other solicitors, or in some jurisdictions, in partnership with non-lawyers or in the form of a solicitor corporation. Barristers engaging in private practice may only do so as sole practitioners. The great majority of legal practitioners are in private practice whether as principals or as employees of the principals.
