| 释义 | 私人權利 A proprietary right held by an individual. A right held as a consequence of owning property conferring upon the holder of the right to occupy or use land, or to carrying out any development on it (Wah Yick Enterprises Co Ltd v Building Authority [1999] 1 HKC 580, 1 HKLRD 840), or the right of way of the owner of the adjoining land: (Hinge Well Co Ltd v AG [1987] 1 HKC 44, [1988] 1 HKLR 32). A private right will include the right to stop other persons entering or crossing private land.
