释义 | 胡亂 In criminal law, unreasonably exercising one’s own rights and disregarding those of others: R v Tindall (1837) 6 Ad & El 143. If an act is committed wantonly, this may be considered relevant to determining whether nuisance has been committed: Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228) s 4. Wanton or furious driving or racing by a person in charge of any carriage is an offence: Offences against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212) s 33.
