| 释义 | 程序指引、執業指引、實務指引 A direction issued by the court, by virtue of its inherent jurisdiction, to regulate the court’s practice and procedure. A Practice Direction which conflicts with statute or subsidiary legislation will, however, be void: Jones Lang Wootton Ltd v Sun Plastic Supplies Ltd (HCA 10878/93, unreported). Since most Directions dealing with civil litigation regulate matters of an administrative nature, it would seem unlikely that the issue will require resolution: Re Langton (dec’d), Langton v Lloyds Bank Ltd [1960] 1 All ER 657, 1 WLR 246 (CA).
