释义	危險程度 In tort law, the extent of the danger to which a potential plaintiff will be exposed, and the seriousness of the injury that will be sustained, in the event of the defendant’s negligence. The greater the risk of serious injury, the more extensive are the precautions that a potential defendant must take in order to meet the requisite standard of care. The risk of injury will be greater if the plaintiff suffers from a relevant disability, such as having only one good eye: Paris v Stepney Borough Council [1951] AC 367, 1 All ER 42; Tsang Kee Chuen v Hong Kong & Yaumatei Ferry Co Ltd [1988] HKC 795 (HC).
