释义 | 壓價協議 An agreement between potential bidders before an auction that some of them will not bid at the auction, and which deals with the sharing of property acquired by one of them at the auction or of profits on resale. The purpose is to ensure that the property is sold at a lower price than otherwise. At common law, the knock-out agreement is enforceable between the parties to it: Rawlings v General Trading Co [1921] 1 KB 635.
