| 释义 | 從屬契諾 The performance of a particular contract term is made subject to the performance of another contract term. In order to decide whether a particular covenant of a contract is dependent or not, one has to ascertain the parties’ intention by looking at the whole instrument as well as the surrounding circumstances: Bilwide Ltd v Chung Chun Kwai (CACV 139/92, unreported).
