释义	從屬責任 An obligation of a party to complete under the contract was dependent on the completion of the other. Under such arrangement, the promisor of the condition precedent has to perform his own obligation before he has the right to demand the performance of another. If the parties intend their obligations have to be performed simultaneously, their obligations are mutually dependent on each other: Health Link Investment Ltd v Pacific Hawk Investment Ltd [1995] 1 HKC 249 (CA).
