释义	電視台 A place from which television programs are transmitted, including the studio, transmitting station and technical equipment used for the purposes of those programs, but not including a television translator station or television repeater station. It is within the meaning of ‘broadcasting station’, ie any station operated by the Government or in respect of which a licence granted by the Chief Executive in Council or the Authority under the Telecommunications Ordinance is in force, being a licence which (by whatever form of words) authorises the use of the station for the purpose of providing broadcasting services for general reception: Tse Wai Chun, Paul v Cheng, Albert [2000] 1 HKC 712 (CA).
