| 释义 | 臨時簽證 A visa to remain in Hong Kong during a specified period, or until a specified event happens, or while the holder has a specified status. In general, only permanent residents and former permanent residents of Hong Kong have the right to land in Hong Kong without restrictions: Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 7. An immigration officer is permitted to give permission to persons to land in Hong Kong: s 11. A temporary visa may be issued to those seeking to land in Hong Kong for the purpose of education, taking up employment, training, investment or residence.
