| 释义 | 終身產業權 One of the three types of legal freehold estate, the other two being fee simple and fee tail: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 16, 2001 Reissue, Land [230.0063]. It is thus bound to end: Nield Hong Kong Land Law (2nd Ed, Longman) Ch 1 p 23. Life estates are not capable of existing or being created in Hong Kong as legal estates, they can only exist under a trust and are therefore equitable interests.
