释义	電訊服務 A service for the carrying of communication by means of guided or unguided electromagnetic energy or both: Telecommunications Ordinance (Cap 106) s 2(1). There are a number of offences relating to telecommunications services. For example, it is an offence for any person to, knowingly and without any reasonable excuse, use any apparatus (whether or not it is an apparatus for telecommunications) in such manner as to cause direct or indirect interference with any telecommunications service lawfully carried on, or with other apparatus for telecommunications lawfully operated, in or outside Hong Kong: s 32J(1). See also Telecommunication network; Telecommunication service. 指藉導向電磁能或無導向電磁能或藉此二者而傳送通訊的服務：《電訊條例》(第106章)第 2(1)條。有若干關於電訊服務的罪行。例如倘若任何人在明知而又無合法辯解的情況下以下述方式使用任何器具（不論該器具是否電訊器具），即使用的方式導致對任何在香港或在香港以外合法進行的電訊服務或合法操作的其他電訊器具造成直接或間接的有害干擾，即屬犯罪：第32J(1)條。Telecommunication network; Telecommunication service。
