| 释义 | 已裝船提單 A bill of lading evidencing that the goods have been loaded on board a ship. The bill will be marked ‘laden on board’ or ‘loaded on board’ or with similar wording, together with the date of loading on board. Where such date is missing, the date of issuance of the bill will be deemed to be the date of loading on board: UCP for Documentary Credits 1993 art 23(a)(ii). An on board bill is prima facie evidence that the carrier has received and loaded the goods described on board the ship. However, proof to the contrary shall not be admissible when the bill of lading has been transferred to a third party acting in good faith: The Hague-Visby Rules art III r 4. An on board bill may be issued in exchange for the mate’s receipt.
