| 释义 | 場內交易 A transaction in shares carried out on the stock exchange in the ordinary course of stock market trading. To effect a transfer of shares on-market for certificated holdings, the seller’s broker delivers a share certificate and instrument of transfer to the buying broker who sends them to the company for registration of the transfer. It shall not be lawful for the company to register a transfer of shares in or debentures of the company unless a proper instrument of transfer has been delivered to the company: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 66. 指在證券交易日常交易過程中所進行的股份交易。為完成某領有證明書的集團的場內股份交易，賣家的經紀須向給予公司轉讓註冊的買方經紀交付股票及轉讓文書。公司不可登記公司股份或公司債權證的轉讓，但公司已獲交付一份妥善的轉讓文書則除外：《公司條例》（第32章）第66條。 |
