轉易契合併
The merger of a contract into the conveyance upon completion of that contract. The real, complete contract is found in the deed of conveyance. For example, once the assignment has been executed, the terms of the sale and purchase agreement merge into the conveyance and cannot provide further protection for the purchaser, unless expressly stated in the sale and purchase agreement, in a survival clause, or to survive particular clause(s) in the execution of the assignment.
