释义	可審理的程序 A legislative procedure prescribing the steps to be taken by parliament in making legislation. Parliament’s failure to conform to a mandatory procedure results in the invalidity of any purported legislation which results; however, disconformity with a directory procedure does not by itself attract the court’s jurisdiction: Bribery Cmr v Ranasinghe [1964] 2 All ER 785, [1965] AC 172 (PC).
