释义	訊問 A review of written or oral material for a variety of purposes. The taking of oral and written evidence by a court or tribunal to allow an inquiry into a person or a company’s affairs to occur and to elicit facts or information that may provide a basis for legal proceedings. An immigration officer may examine a person on arrival if he has reasons to believe that the person had landed in Hong Kong unlawfully or contravened a condition of stay: Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 4.
