| 释义 | 索取費用 The taking of a fee by an officer of the law, where the fee is not due as a payment or penalty. For example, a tax is a compulsory exaction of money by a public authority for public purposes, enforceable by law, and is not a payment for the provision of services rendered nor a penalty. Now the term is also used to refer to advantage in connection with a marriage relationship.
