| 释义 | 訊問令 The court may, on an application made ex parte by the judgment creditor, order the judgment debtor to be orally examined by the judgment creditor as regard to the debts owed to the judgment debtor and/or what other property or means of satisfying the judgment debt: The Rules of High Court (Cap 4A) O 48 r 1; Hau Chiao Co Ltd v Chan Ming [2001] 2 HKLRD E1. The court may also order that the judgment debtor be examined where a judgment for payment of a specified sum of money is wholly or partly unsatisfied.
