| 释义 | 有限制遺產管理 A limited grant of letters of administration to an administrator of an intestate’s estate or a grant of limited administration with a will annexed, or for the waiting period between the testator’s death and the nominated executor taking up office. In granting limited administration of estates the court must have regard to the rights of all persons interested in the estate of the deceased person or the proceeds of its sale, and, in particular, administration with the will annexed may be granted to a devisee or legatee: Probate and Administration Ordinance (Cap 10) s 36; Lefkowitz v The Bank of New York & Ors [1996] 3 HKC 591, [1995] 1 HKLR 11 (CA).
