| 释义 | 終生財產佔有人 A person who holds a life estate, being an interest in land entitling the life tenant to exclusive possession and use of the land for as long as he or she lives: Mardulyn & Ors v Lee Yee Hung & Ors [1992] 2 HKC 164, [1993] 2 HKLR 267 (CA). The life tenant’s use of property is subject to the rules of law and equity regarding waste. On the death of a life tenant, the property reverts back to the grantor’s estate.
