| 释义 | 由市民逮捕 The lawful taking of another into custody by a person who is not a law enforcement official. Any person may, without warrant, arrest another person whom he may reasonably suspect or being guilty of an arrestable offence: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 101. A citizen may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances in the prevention of crime or in effecting or assisting in the lawful arrest of offenders or suspected offenders or of persons unlawfully at large: s 101A.
