Decrystallisation |
A floating charge which, having become fixed, returns to a floating charge. Minor defaults that cause the floating charge to crystallise can cause a problem since the borrower company is not free to deal with its assets once the floating charge becomes a fixed one. If the lender decides that the crystallisation was inappropriate the lender may decrystallise the charge. See also Automatic crystallisation clause; Crystallisation; Fixed charge. 另見 Automatic crystallisation clause; Crystallisation; Fixed charge。 |
