| 释义 | 債務人與債權人和解契據 An agreement in writing between a debtor and his creditors which provides for the arrangement of the debtor’s affairs either for the benefit of the creditors generally when no bankruptcy order is made or for the benefit of at least three of his creditors when the debtor is insolvent. See also Composition; Debtor; Deed of assignment. 債務人與債權人之間就該債務人的事務安排而訂立的書面協議。如法院沒有作出破產令，則此等協議可為債權人的一般利益而訂立；但如該債務人無力償債，則此等協議可為不少於三位債權人的利益而訂立。另見Composition; Debtor; Deed of assignment。 |
