| 释义 | 解除婚姻的判令 An order of a court that legally terminates the marriage of the parties. A court may grant a decree of dissolution of marriage when the court is satisfied that a party of the marriage is to be presumed dead: Matrimonial Causes Ordinance (Cap 179) s 26. Modern marriages dissolved in accordance with the Marriage Reform Ordinance (Cap 178) pt V, are deemed to be a final decree of divorce: s 7A. 合法地終止夫妻雙方婚姻的法令。如法院信納婚姻的一方可推定死亡，則法院可作出解除婚姻的判令：《婚姻訴訟條例》（第179章）第26條。根據《婚姻制度改革條例》（第178章）第V部解除的新式婚姻，須當作為法院所批出的離婚最後判令：第7A條。 |
