释义	以簽立為條件的契據 A deed, the execution of which by one party is conditional upon execution by the other party. Until it is executed by the other party, it is delivered in escrow and is not binding on the party that has already executed it. Whether the deed was delivered on this basis depends upon the intention for the parties: Venetian Glass Gallery Ltd v Next Properties Ltd [1989] 30 EG 92, 2 EGLR 42.
