释义	秘密得益 A benefit derived by a fiduciary from trust property or obtained from knowledge which he or she acquires in the course of acting as a fiduciary: A-G for Hong Kong v Reid [1994] 1 AC 324. A fiduciary is not always accountable for a secret benefit, but is always accountable for a secret benefit which amounts to a bribe: A-G for Hong Kong v Reid, supra. Also known as ‘secret profit’. See also Bribe; Restitution for wrongs; Secret commission. 受信人源自信託財產的利益，或受信人藉他或她在作為受信人期間，所得到的消息而獲得的利益：A-G for Hong Kong v Reid [1994] 1 AC 324。　受信人無需每次就秘密得益作出交代，但受信人須就相當於賄賂的秘密得益作出交代：A-G for Hong Kong v Reid, 見上文。另稱「秘密利潤」。另見 Bribe; Restitution for wrongs; Secret commission。
