释义	要求分擔款項的申索 A claim by a party to a suit to recover a portion of his or her liability from another who is liable. Contribution is claimed by a defendant in joining a third party to the proceedings with a view to recovering a portion of liability from the third party on the basis that the third party is also liable for the loss of the plaintiff: Labour Tribunal Ordinance (Cap 25) s 26(2). Contribution can also be claimed between defendants to a proceeding. See also Contribution; Indemnity. 訴訟的一方提出的申索，藉以向另一須負法律責任的一方追討自己的部份責任。如第三方亦須為原告的損失負法律責任，在訴訟中加入第三方的被告可提出分擔款項的申索，以向該第三方追討部份的責任：《勞資審裁處條例》（第25章）第26(2)條。如訴訟中有多於一名被告，則被告之間可向對方追討分擔款項。另見 Contribution; Indemnity。
